Guest Lectures
SKIP hosted an insightful functional programming guest lecture with the assistance of senior lecturer and member of the Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) department, Alex Gerdes. Read more

Language Café
In Autumn, SKIP has organized a Language Café on the forth floor Patricia, a casual and friendly event where students can connect, chat, and practice languages from all around the world!

The Gingerbread House Competition
Before the end of 2024, SKIP has organized an annually recurring Gingerbread House Competition party, where SEM students in teams were competing to build Houses from Gingerbread and other decorative materials at hand.


Easter Game Jam
Over the weekend of April 18th–20th, SKIP hosted a successful 48-hour in-person game jam at Alfons in Patricia, Lindholmen. The hackathon-style event challenged participants to design and build a game from scratch within a tight two-day window, wrapping up on Sunday evening.
Designed to be inclusive, the jam welcomed creators of all skill levels - from seasoned developers to complete beginners - working individually or in teams of up to five people. Read more
